How quickly can you find candidates?
For most roles we have an initial shortlist within 48 hours. Senior or niche roles may take 5–7 days. We’ll be upfront about realistic timelines from the start.
What’s your guarantee policy?
We offer a 12-week sliding scale rebate on permanent placements — if the candidate leaves or is let go within 12 weeks, we’ll refund or replace at no charge.
Do you work with small businesses?
Absolutely. Many of our clients are SMEs hiring their 5th or 50th person. We’re not set up for FTSE 100 volume — we’re set up for businesses that want it done properly.
Is there a fee to register as a candidate?
Never. Candidates always use TalentFlow completely free of charge. Our fee is paid by the employer, always.
