TalentFlow was founded in 2012 by two former in-house HR directors who were frustrated with the agency model. Too many CVs, not enough understanding. Too focused on filling roles, not enough on whether candidates would actually stay and thrive.
We built TalentFlow around a simple principle: every placement should work out well for everyone involved — the candidate, the client and our business. That means fewer placements, done properly.
Today we operate across the UK with sector specialists in technology, finance, professional services and operations. We’re proudly independent, entirely focused on quality and still run by the same people who started it.
